Booking Policy

• Rescheduling: Free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment time. Your payment carries over in full.
• Inside 48 hours: Rescheduling isn't possible. You may attend as booked or cancel; cancellations inside this window retain 50% of the fee.
• No-shows and late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened session. Missing the appointment without notice forfeits the fee.
• Completed services: Not refundable.
• If we cancel: You'll be offered the first available alternative slot or a full refund, your choice.
